Moodzone is an NHS Choices website which provides lots of useful information on stress and mental health with practical advice and interactive tools on what you can do to improve your mental wellbeing, including getting help if you need to.
Get Self Help
Getselfhelp.co.uk provides CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) self help and therapy resources, including worksheets, information sheets and videos. It’s used by mental health professionals to help people understand and better manage their own mental health.
