Managing Stress and Anxiety

This 8 week evening course teaches you ways to control your stress and anxiety.

The skills you learn can help you to be more productive at work and also in your home life.

By the end of the course you will

  • Understand the causes of anxiety and worry
  • Be able to identify your own triggers and signs of anxiety
  • Be able to use clinically proven stress reduction techniques
  • Have a personalised action plan with a range of tools and techniques for you to be able to use and build on for the future

All previous participants have found their anxiety reduced as a result of using the techniques learnt on the course.

As this is not one of our funded activities we ask each participant to pay £85 for the 8 week course.
