Coping with Depression
During this 6 week course we look at ways to cope when we have depression.
This includes learning what depression is and some of the causes. We will explore how depression affects our bodies and what can impact on mood, such as exercise or food. We will also discuss thinking styles and how these can affect how we feel. We will share various strategies that can help so that we can better understand the signs and symptoms of depression. Working as a group we can support each other to find new ways to cope.
