Dudley Mind has made a huge difference to me, I'm regaining my confidence, enjoying different activities once again and appreciating the company and support.Jill
The drop in is somewhere I can get involved with my helper role and sessions, it feels like I am giving something back to society. If I didn't come here I'd be moping around the house, it has given me a new start in life.Andy
I enjoy coming to Mind groups because there is always something different and learning different things. The staff are very welcoming and no-one is ever judged. I enjoy it very much and are always cheered up.Anthea
