Dudley Mind run a variety of therapeutic activities located in various venues across the Dudley borough.

These include:

  • Creative activities (Art, Drama, Music)
  • Therapeutic exercise groups (Walking groups, Gym and Swimming, Tai Chi, Allotments)
  • Healthy lifestyles  (Get Cooking! Support in giving up smoking)Man-cooking-meal-in-a-fry-001
  • Well-being groups (Confidence building, Anxiety Management, Anger Management, Road to Recovery)
  • Specific Groups (Sedgley Beacon group, Men’s group, Ladies’ group)

Community activities run Monday to Friday, with some activities running in the evening.
