This women only group meets weekly. The focus of the group is to improve mental wellbeing and to reduce isolation.
We use a variety of activities to get the discussion going which can include arts and crafts, quizzes or we might choose a specific mental health topic to discuss. We are supportive to one another and by sharing we can help each other to find new coping strategies for some of life’s challenges.
