Mental Health Return to Work Tool Kit

Kingston University has developed a comprehensive online toolkit to help support employees and employers in the return to work process following mental health sickness absence.

Developed with input from employees, managers, business owners, employment lawyers and professionals working in Human Resources and Occupational Health, this toolkit offers practical guidance and adaptable resources and templates.

Employers and employees are free to use the toolkit during the trial period which ends on 1st October 2018.

You can access the toolkit here:

As part of the trial period/evaluation employers and employees are asked to share their experience of returning to work through short surveys. This will help inform the development of future resources to support return to work involving mental health problems.

For further information about the toolkit contact Rebecca Peters at Kingston University on 0208 417 4269.
