Dudley Mind Walking Group
Dudley Mind’s walking group all meet up every last Saturday of the month for a chat and to enjoy a long walk together. The group all enjoy going for long walks and use it as a way to improve their mental health, wellbeing and as a way to help support others who may be going through a difficult times.
The walks are organized and led each month by our two friendly walk leaders Kirpal and Ade. Kirpal and Ade both have their own experience with mental health and are there to help support all the members of the group when out on a walk together..
