Building Bridges – Anxiety & Depression Self Help Group

 

We come to the group because anxiety and depression has had an impact on our lives.

At the self help group we can talk about some of the struggles we have faced and help one another to find new ways to manage. Recently we have been trying some mindfulness together.

We meet on the third Monday of the month from 7.00pm until 9pm in Stourbridge and you would be welcome to join us if you are finding your anxiety difficult to manage.
