Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a martial art with an emphasis on gentle movement. It helps you to increase awareness of your body and balance.

Tai Chi also helps you to develop a sense of your ‘own space ‘ and to recognise what might cause you to become anxious. People who do Tai Chi report improved mobility and greater self confidence.

The cost is £3.00 per person per session.
