"Saleem Foundation in partnership with Shaz Saleem Productions have produced a short film, which gives an insight on how easily any form of mental health related symptoms can go unnoticed. The Silent pain, a film reflecting on mental health outlines how depression is not always obvious and how we should take a moment out just to ask one another are you ok? It’s important we spread the message of hope, it's important we stress its ok not to be ok but more importantly, it’s important we all know we are not alone."
