As well as being kind to others it is important to be kind to yourself. 

For Mental Health Awareness Week we have some useful downloads and links to other recourses to help you be kind to yourself by getting active and feeling good. Take a look on our Get active, feel good page for downloadable recourses to help get you started. 

You can also find a lot of useful links on National Mind's get active page such as weekly workouts and things you can do at home to keep fit.

Want to go on a virtual tour around the world and help raise funds at the same time? Ruth Hill is running a virtual world tour to help raise funds and to inspire people to stay active during the lockdown. Simply record your daily activity by signing up to strava, your miles will then be added to the total, pushing the tour further around the world.
