Exercise is proven to boost your mental health, so why not get fit and support a great cause at the same time?
The team at Xercise4Less Brierley Hill is holding a mini team triathlon challenge to raise funds for Dudley Mind.
The event takes place on Friday 12 October between 12.00 pm and 4.00 pm and is open to any teams of three people to complete the mini triathlon challenge which consists of a 1500m row, 5km bike ride and 2.5km run using the gym’s rowing, cycling and running machines.
The entry fee per team is £50 and must be paid in advance to confirm your place.
The Smethwick and Wolverhampton branches of Xercise4Less are also supporting the event and it’s expected that teams will compete simultaneously across the three gyms.
We’re encouraging local companies and employers across the Black Country and Birmingham to enter a team or teams as well as members of the local Xercise4Less gyms. So get your trainers on and sign up today!
